Today on The Sportsline with Rich and Larry ... 62 days and counting ... and R&R jumped right into the NFL Draft.  Rich talked about watching much more than he expected (along with finishing up Ron Jeremy's autobiography) while babysitting his kids.  He was really enjoying the freefall of "Brokeback Brady II" ... right up until the Jets traded up to the 14th spot.  The horror of the next 10 minutes took over RR as he prayed that his team would not take Quinn. Much to his delight they did not.  But he figured that Larry's feeling must have been similar once he realized that the Pats had traded for Randy Moss.  Larry has been hating on Moss for years ... and now he must accept him as one of his own.  Bluetooth and Larry are both really excited about the future of Brady Quinn and think he will turn out to be a great pro.

More draft talk follows as Rich and Larry get into the Patriots picking up a bunch of ... shall we say questionable at best ... characters includings Moss and Brandon Merriweather from The U.  Rumor is that Belicheck might be making one last run at a Superbowl title before he hangs it up to pursue his hobby of 'homewrecker'.

David Clowney dropped by the show next to talk about his new situation after getting drafted in the 5th round by the Green Bay Packers.  He offered up the info that he was very disappointed as he really expected to be taken on the first day of the draft ... but it all worked out in the end as he is awfully excited about the possibility of playing with Brett Farve.  Clowney said he is going to make the most of his opportunity to play with and learn from one of the best QB's of all time.

Jason Cole of Yahoo Sports dropped by next to talk some more draft.  Cole wonders if maybe the Pats didn't bring in one too many bad character guys.  Belicheck and Brokeback Brady have been able to handle it so far ... but might it get out of control.  As far as the rumor of Belicheck calling it quits after one last run ... Cole doesn't buy it.  What else is he gonna do?  Cole also said that the Browns paid dearly for Quinn ... as he expects the Cowboys will be picking up a top 10 pick next year.

Finally on the show ... how the mighty have fallen.  Larry's fantasy team is 7 points out of last place in the Champions Division ... and on the brink of falling out of the race for a title.  Jerod is just 7 points back of the Legend after suffering a devestating penalty heading into the chase ... and the bet will be placed later in the week.
