Thursday on The Sportsline with Rich and Larry ... Rich announces his new found freedom as his wife Trisha took the kids to MN for a couple of weeks.  The speculation is of course that she is not planning on coming back ... and checking the odds board ... she is apparently more likely to STAY in MN then come back to VA.  Go Figure!  Rich and Larry also continue recruiting competitors for The Sportsline Cup and Wes checked in with This Day in Sportsline History looking back to Larry's Cup 3-peat last year.

Up next, more on Trish "Leaving on a Jet Plane" and Larry questioning Rich's abilities as a husband and father.  Kyle Tucker blows off R&R while at Tech practice and Rich and Larry talk some Hokies.  Over/Under for wins 10.  Rich goes under although he feels 10 is the number.  Larry takes the over, figuring VT loses at LSU and then runs the table.

Phil Steele dropped by for a couple of segments to talk more college football.  Steele really thinks that FSU is going to get back into the swing of things, and that the ACC title will come down to the Noles and Hokies.  

Chad Sutton of Poplar Grove checked in with an update on the Comrade and Danny Boy and how their lessons are going ... and right now he has them pretty even.  R&R wrap up the show with NASCAR Fantasy.
