Today's show opened with ... you guessed it ... technical difficulties.  That's what you get when the Comrade runs the board.  No Larry again today, but Double R has a packed show with plenty to do and talk about on the show before Christmas.

Chip Hughes and Gil Pratt remain deadlocked in The Sportsline's Online Pigskin Pick'em, with a trip to Wild Dunes Resort on the line for the winner.  Today in the tiebreaker, they went head to head picking games on the air ... time will tell who is bound for a golf vacation to the low country.

Also on today's show, Rich talked quite a bit about the movie "We are Marshall" which debuted in theaters today.  Keith Morehouse, the TV play by play man for Marshall today talked about what it was like back in the days of the tradegy, as he was a young boy and his dad who was the p-b-p man for Marshall back then was on the plane when it crashed.  Keith talked about the fear that the whole Marshall community had when the movie was proposed to them, wondering if everything would be presented in a tasteful manner.  Keith was happy to report that the community was thrilled with the movie and the acurate portrayal of the events surrounding that horrible tragedy.  

Dusty Harman, the sports director for Adventure Radio in Bluefield WV and one of The Sportsline's affiliates also dropped by the show.  Dusty relayed some of his knowlege of the Marshall situation, as well as some of his experiences acting in the movie as an extra.

Finally, on this pre-Christmas edition of the show, Mr. Skin dropped by with some holiday gift ideas.  Mr. Skin of course, is the proprieter of mrskin.com and is the foremost authority on female celebrity nudity.  His recommendations for the best movies of '06 showing a little skin ...
