Today on The Sportsline with Rich and Larry ... the countdown continues, only 157 days remaining. 

Double R and the Legend opened up today's show talking about the coaching situation down in Dallas and what a mess it is becoming.  Jason Garrett was hired as the Offensive Coordinator, though still may be hired as the head coach.  Or the Cowboys could have co-Head Coaches.  Or Jerry Jones could be head coach.  You see ... its a total mess.  Ha!

R&R next talked about the Hokies and their great guard combination, with Zabian Dowdell scheduled to join the show in the next segment.  More Cowboy bashing took place.  Hiring an OC before the head coach is really backwards ... kind of like hiring a coach before you hire an AD in college.  Isn't that right Liberty University?

Zabian Dowdell, senior guard for VT dropped by the show.  He talked about the great run the Hokies had a couple of weeks ago knocking off both Dook and NC.  He also said that despite knocking off top ranked NC at 'The Castle' in front of some rapid VT fans ... the victory against Dook was sweeter because of the previous tough losses that the Hokies have experienced and the rivalry that has developed in his mind.  Dowdell said the loss to FSU was brutal because the Hokies came out flat, and they recognize the need to play hard every game in order to achieve their goal of the NCAA tourney.

Rich and Larry next brought Luscious Lillian into their discussion on the use of the word 'nipples' on the show ... following Double R's reminder that Grey's Anatomy star Sandra Oh has great nipples after catching more than a glimpse in the flick 'Dancing at the Blue Iguana'.

Larry next finally snapped going on a tirade about what a selfish player Peyton Manning is and how he isn't a team player at all.  After all Rich's badgering ... the Legend finally couldn't it any more and just went off on Peyton.  Rich pointed out that despite everyone else talking about what a classy guy  Peyton is, and how all he wants to do is win ... Larry disagrees.  And the Legend continues to defend TO, though he admits that is getting tougher to do.  Imagine that ... ripping Peyton Manning but defending TO ... oh Larry!

Prior to Bob Glauber dropping by the show ... Mr. Ass got himself in a bit of hot water.  Complaining about his wife's inability to drive under any type of inclement weather situations ... and ending the segment by say ... 'She's just like her mother'.  Yeah ... that will go over well on the homefront.

Up next ... Bob Glauber made his annual post season appearance on the show. Had some fun with Bob's shirt size, as he claims to be a L but Rich wonders ... Glauber also agrees that Belichick needs to learn some people skills and display some class when losing games.  Bob says the Colts should win easy ... despite Larry's claim that Ricky Manning moving back into cover the slot receiver can make all of the difference for the Bears.
