Thursday on The Sportsline with Rich and Larry ... much more on Mike Vick but R&R kick it off with Chad Sutton of Poplar Grove to talk some British Open.  Rich, Larry and Chad all made their picks of exactly when Sergio would choke away his early lead ... Sutton went with Saturday.  Wes also checked in with a Sportsline History Moment.

Next ... its to the phones they go for much more follow up on the Michael Vick situation.  Again most callers have a variety of opinions on the topic  ... plus there is some discussion of the great piece Sam Eaton had of Rich and Larry on the evening news on WSET.  Nike also weighs in ... suspending the release of Vick's new shoe which is set to debut in stores shortly.

Hank Gola of the NY Daily News checked in from across the pond at Carnoustie to talk some more British Open.  Hank weighed in on the seemily favorable drop ruling that Tiger was given, along with thoughts on Gary Player tossing the steroids word around.  Hank picked Tiger to win ... saying he is in prime position at 2 under par.

Ryan Zimmerman of the Washington Nationals dropped by the show to talk some baseball.  Ryan talked about the Nats being very young and allowed to grow into their roles on the team.  He suspects that the team will add some top notch veterans in the off season, and once the Nats move into the new stadium next year ... their will be more pressure to win.   Rich and Larry also had some fun with the guys about their golf games ... and their worthiness to play Poplar Grove during the cup.
