Bashing Bluetooth, Daryl Ledbetter with a Vick Update and Chris Ekstrand
Wednesday, 06 June 2007

Thursday on The Sportsline with Rich and Larry ... Day 3 in the new studio as all the pieces are beginning to fall into place.  Lots going on today including a Michael Vick dogfighting update, some Michelle Wie bashing and Nascar Fantasy as the commish checks in via email to bash Jerod and his huge ego. Wes also leaves a History Moment on his voicemail.

Daryl Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal Constitution dropped by to shed some light on the new developments in the Michael Vick Dogfighting investigation.  Daryl was not sure why it is taking so long to get the search warrants edited so that the property can be searched for dog carcasses ... but figures that the outcome will not be great for Vick.  Ledbetter also predicts that the convict who implicated Vick in SC will be heard from again.

R&R get into the movie "Knocked Up" which features favorite Sportsline guest Mr. Skin.  Larry reveals his plan to take his two daughters on spring break to catch some Grapefruit League baseball when they get older.  Yeah Right!

Rich and Larry spend the next 20 minutes or so bashing Bluetooth as the Legend saw an 80 year old  grandma at the DMV with a Bluetooth on her ear ... and determined that even she had more reason to be wearing one than Jerod.  Jerod also took some heat for being on the 10 year plan at Liberty and Double R threated to post his transcript on sportslineradio.com.

Chris Ekstrand of SI.com checked in to talk some NBA hoops in the waning moments of the show.  Like everyone else ... he is picking San Antonio to win the title.  He also talked about Coleman Collins impressive showing at the pre-draft camp in Florida and said that Sean Singletary needs to return to college for one more year.
