Mark Garrow, Jeff Hardy & Chris Wallace on UVA Spring Practice
Wednesday, 28 March 2007

Today on The Sportsline with Rich and Larry ... 95 days and counting ... and R&R have a wide variety of topics they will cover on today's show including updates (sort of) on different scenarios for Bracketmania.  One guy who is in the mix if the right teams win over the course of the next few days ... is a guy named ... Dragon Smacker?!?!?! R&R wondered what kind of perv goes by 'Dragon Smacker' so they called him live on the air.  According to him, he is a big 'gamer', and 'Dragon Smacker' refers to that.  Rich still wondered if 'Dragon Smacker' is kind of like Chicken Choker, but the guy said no.

Mark Garrow, voice of the Performance Racing Network was up next to talk a little racing, as the Nextel Cup guys move from Bristol to Martinsville.  Mark talked at lenght about COT, the car of tomorrow and how the drivers really seem to hate it.  Mark said that the only ones who can make NASCAR do away with it however, are the Owners and the fans.  He also talked about Mark Martin on his retirement tour and sticking to the plan and about the troubles for Toyota.

Rich and Larry talked a little more about Wrestlemania 23 and whether or not Trump might get his head shaved.  Jeff Hardy joined the guys next to preview WM23 and his Money in the Bank Ladder Match.  Hardy talked about making it in the business, the toll its taken on his body and even touched on the steriod issue that has popped up in the news again.

TC Cochran checked in live from the Final Four in Atlanta on the Robertson Drug Store Final Four Hotline previewing the guests that may be dropping by in the next few days, plus Danny offered up his criteria for the difference between a sport and activity ... although there are some definitely some holes in his theory.

Chris Wallace, editor of CavsCorner.com dropped by with an update on UVA's spring practice.  Kevin Olglesbee, the star receiver for the Cavs is out for the 07 season due to a torn ACL Al Groh told the media earlier today.  Chris speculated about what the loss might mean and who can step up to fill his shoes.  A couple of redshirt freshman have apparently been looking good at RB and the offensive line is expected to be pretty damned good, making 2007 look promising for the Cavaliers.

Before the show ended ... R&R along with the audience needed to be bored some more with Danny's track and field talk.  Hoo Ray!
