Dave Rodman, Chad Sutton, Scott Miller & Bluetooth Doesn't Know his Sponsor
Thursday, 10 May 2007

Today on The Sportsline with Rich and Larry ... 52 days and counting ... and the Legend is taking the day off to attend his first of many dance recitals.  Have no fear though ... Double R has a whole host of things lined up for tonite's show including Dale Earnhardt Jr. to leave DEI, Michael Vick has more problems with his dog fighting ring ... plus Bluetooth is running the board for the show.  What disaster will befall the show tonite?

Dave Rodman of Nascar.com was kind enough to take a couple of segments to talk about the big announcement of the day concerning Dale Jr.  Rodman talked about the impact this will have not only on Jr. and DEI ... but also on the sport in general.  Rodman also took calls from listeners on the subject and speculated that the most logical fit for Little E would be with Richard Childress Racing, where his father had all of that success.  Rodman also mentioned a possible team being formed within Hendrick called GE Racing ... for Gordon Earnhardt Racing ... stay tuned.

Chad Sutton, Director of Golf at Poplar Grove Golf Club took a few minutes from a round of Golf to talk a little Players Championship with Double R.   Chad said that while the Players certainly could be considered the 5th major ... there are still only 4 majors so it doesn't quite stack up.

Scott Miller wrapped up the show talking a little baseball.   Of course Clemens to the Yankees came up as all of the baseball world is still talking about that ... but Miller also talked about the Commissioner's plans to attend when Barry Bonds breaks Hank Aaron's record.  Said that Selig will be there, because its a historic moment.

Finally, after running down NASCAR Fantasy Standings, Double R quickly exposed Bluetooth for not knowing his sponsor.  Shame on him!
