Today on The Sportsline with Rich and Larry ... 55 days and counting ... and a lot going on during tonites show including a recap of Tuesday's show in which Lex Luger was live in studio ... and so was Angela Hatcher who declined to even come on the air with R&R.  Plus, on the eve of the The Players Championship ... the 5th major ... The Sportsline gets geared up for yet another golf draft.  This also turned out to be a very wierd show ... with Larry ripping into everyone, and taking his fair share of abuse as well. 

Mark Jones of ESPN dropped by to talk some NBA playoffs.  He started out talking about the amazing series in round 1 between the Mavs and the Warriors ... and said he likes the Jazz to knock off Golden State in round 2.  Jones also said that the San Antonio - Phoenix series is the defacto NBA Championship and he likes the Spurs to take it  ... although Jones warned not to sleep on Detriot.

Hank Gola of the New York Daily News dropped by live from The Players Championship to preview the 5th major.  At least that's what Rich is billing it as ... trying to drum up more support for this ... as well as motivate himself to watch more this weekend.  Hank picked VJ to win it ... meaning Tiger will not bring his A game ... cause if he does, Gola warned, Tiger will win.  FIGJAM has a new driver and a new swing coach ... Gola ruled him out ... possible sleeper is Jerry Kelly.

Finally ... onto the Golf Draft.  Rich, Larry, Luscious, Bluetooth and Danny all teamed up with a listener and drafted 4 golfers for the TPC.  On Friday, each team will draft 2 more golfers and whichever team winds up with the most $$$ from their top 5 golfers wins.  Listeners are playing for greens fee passes to Poplar Grove ... while The Sportsline Gang is playing for $$$.  Luscious got the first pick ... took Tiger and does not get to pick again until everyone else has drafted 4 golfers.  Oh the price you pay for snagging Tiger.
