Fantasy Friday featuring Thomas Jones and Courtney Hansen.
Friday, 10 November 2006

Thomas Jones, Running Back for the Chicago Bears dropped by the show after the Bears 1st loss of the season, at home against the Dolphins.  Jones told R&R that the Bears weren't overlooking the Dolphins, with a showdown with the Giants looming on the horizon, they just simply didn't play well.  Too many turnovers really killed the offense.  TJ also talked a little bit about the beginning of his career in Arizona with the Cardinals.  Rich asked about the losing mentality that is so often talked about with certain franchises, and the winning mentality with others.  Jones said that it is a small factor, but for the most part it is not that big of a deal for the players.  TJ said that he appreciates everything that happened in Arizona, as it provided a great learning experience for him.

Rich and Larry also talked about the upcoming Song Parody Contest.  Less than 2 weeks away at Cattle Annie's . . . everyone is really looking forward to this show.  Ray Irby joined the list of competitors in the Amateur Division . . . he will be "New Blood".

Fantasy Friday featured Courtney Hansen.  She is the host of Fox Sports new show "Adventure Wild".  She also used to do the show on Spike "Power Block'" as well as doing a syndicated column and having a new book out called "The Garage Girl's Guide to Everything You Need to Know About Your Car".  Larry was quick to throw Rich under the bus, telling Courtney that he didn't even know how to change his own oil.  Rich was quick to add that he would rather watch Courtney do it for him.

Dan Grogan, of grogansports.com also talked some fantasy football on Fantasy Friday.
