Larry McReynolds, Kimberly Bell and Joe Torre on the Insulting Yankees Offer |

Friday on The Sportsline with Rich and Larry ... 32 days and counting 'til The 2007 Song Parody Contest ... but R&R spend some time talking about Joe Torre and his press conference earlier in the day after turning down the Yankees insulting offer of $5 million plus incentives for one year. The Indignity!!! Plus Wes checked in with This Day in Sportsline History relating to Blueberry and Ms. Erin Andrews and the Professor also announced that his song for the 2007 SPC will be the Pina Coloda song.
Larry McReynolds of Fox Sports and Speed checked in prior to the big race at Martinsville this weekend. McReynolds feels that many folks are in what he calls "Clint Bowyer Denial" as the young star has had a phenomonal year and with no DNF's are definitely still a factor in this chase. McReynolds also said that Dale Jr. has 5 races left and he wants desperately to get one more win in the 8 car.
After running down some of the games in this week's Pigskin Pick'em, R&R replayed the interview from earlier in the week with Kimberly Bell, who is featured in the November issue of Playboy in a tell-all interview (and show all pictorial) about her relationship with Barry Bonds and how she witnessed the effects of steroids on the home run king*.
R&R run down some more Pigskin Pick'em games and talk some fantasy football with Dan Grogan to wrap up a Friday show.
